Balboa Peninsula Point 4 Stars Hotels

"I hate leaving bad reviews, I really do. But it needs to be said. Probably one of my worse hotel experiences I’ve had. I’ve stayed in different hotels nationwide, and I’ve never had to pay for parking. I’m used to getting my room serviced every day and getting restocked with clean towels because, well, that’s the norm right? You have to request every day to get your room serviced and I had to ask for more towels. Two towels for family of four doesn’t cut it. Yes hotel is very nice, but I won’t be staying there again."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Security was very friendly upon arrival. We arrived very early, and they still allowed us to check in and park. Later, we were able to get the room keys. It was super close, walking distance from the parks. Will definitely book again here. "

"Complimentary valet service was nice for us to leave our luggage while we head to the Disney Resort. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is a great addition and the tram is convenient for traveling to and from the park "
