"This was my husband and I’s first time visiting Puerto Rico, and this resort made the experience even more special. The property is absolutely beautiful—the restaurants inside the resort were great, and the beach access was amazing. We especially loved the pool overlooking the ocean… such a dreamy view! The location is also a huge plus. There are plenty of food spots and shops nearby, and we loved that we could literally walk to La Placita de Santurce for nightlife and exploring. My only complaint would be the housekeeping staff. Even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, staff would knock very loudly multiple times, and on one occasion they even opened the door despite us saying we were okay. That part felt a bit intrusive and uncomfortable. Aside from that, the resort was clean, beautiful, and very aesthetic. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda Del Mar! From the moment we stepped onto the property, the warm breezes and relaxed vibe set the tone for the trip. The room was lovely and the ocean view was unparalleled. The pool, Mahi Mahi restaurant and private beach were absolutely lovely. We found it very family friendly and loved having access to a full kitchen and washer/dryer. We enjoyed many local restaurants and excursions which were a short distance from this beautiful property. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would absolutely return. If you are Looking for a little slice of paraiso, you’ve found the right place!"

"Great stay, nice location 6 min walk to beach, easy access to airport and old San Juan and El Yunque forest. Good breakfast, clean hotel and rooms. Free drinks each evening! "

"Nice hotel decent location, not the best, fairly “middle of the road” and actually very expensive, but was good enough. Gym was fairly decent for a hotel gym, pool was very warm and pleasant. Rooms were average. Staff all very good."

"The property is very old. The in room safe non operational. The telephone non operational. Had to have someone come and reprogram the tv remote 3 times. I was very concerned that if I needed to call the front desk or security it was impossible to do. The WiFi only works from the second floor up. Very annoying that I couldn’t call a uber driver in front of the hotel. Will never return "
