「Really nice breakfast!!」

「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」

「I was disappointed by the fact that my room was not cleaned during my stay. The front desk was pretty helpful. And I hate to complain about housekeeping. But it appears the message was never passed that my room was not cleaned.」
