「We made our reservations in February and the hotel had a different name. All of the pictures on the booking page are very deceiving. There was no restaurant, no bar, no breakfast…..room was filthy, no blow dryer, half roll of toilet paper, dirty curtains, room hadn’t been vacuumed in months it looked like. Will be filing a complaint. Completely false advertisement!!!!!」

「Everything was wonderful! Only thing I need to add is that one elevator is not working. Told by staff member that it’s been down for a month. This caused a huge delay during checkout hours.」

Room was seemingly clean until the shower... Mold on the ceiling and shower curtain.
