「I wasn’t too keen to stay downtown because parking in the garage across the street was a little bit annoying, but let me tell ya— this staff was AMAZING! The service, hotel amenities, and pet friendly rooms were WELL worth the stay! I’ve never had such exceptional service before from a hotel in my life and I’m so grateful for their kindness and hospitality. Would absolutely book again if back in the area! 」

「Was there for 2 nights. He room service was excellent. The guest services checked in off and on to make sure I have everything I needed. They sent someone up to help with my bags when I checked out and even held them for me so that I could go and have breakfast. The people that were working at the event center were also excellent. 」

「Perfect hotel for our overnight stay. We were in town for a concert in Peoria and we found this hotel for a great price only 20 minutes away. The bed was super comfy and the air worked great. The bathroom had a great selection of dove products to be used. The breakfast was great. I had an egg and cheese omelet and a piece of sausage and my husband had biscuits and gravy. We will definitely stay there again if we ever go back that way. 」

「The accessible suite was perfect, and the pool lift was great to be able to use as well. There were even tables at breakfast that fit a power wheelchair without the armrests hitting like happens with many tables. Definitely recommend to anyone with accessibility needs.」

「Hotel has a beautiful carved maple lobby, beautiful view of the illinois river & friendlt and accomodating staff. Rooms are nice. Some of the hallways etc could use some updating. Nice and quiet with excellent complimentary coffee in the mornings. Irish pub within walking distance as well as excellent pizza at Hoops Pizza and beer. Also located next to I 74 with wasy access」
