「The front desk was friendly and extremely helpful. The location was perfect and walking distance to all attractions and activities.」

「We stayed here based on reviews that it had been renovated and was nice, it was not. The room smelled musty and like cigarettes and dogs. There was no cord on the phone to call the desk, just an old phone with no cord. I walked to the front desk to ask for extra pillows and they said they don’t offer that and were very argumentative. The water in the bathtub didn’t drain right so you stand on dirty water. The room was very unclean on every surface and the air conditioner didn’t work well. It was...
