「The facility is just not nice enough to think they can change $350 just because there close to Baxter Arena. They advertise a pool table and when you get there the green on the table is completely worn and every single cue stick was crack and taped up except one and that one had no tip on it. That amenity is why we chose there and then it was unusable. Definitely the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. You could here everything above you. Even the vacuum being ran at 8 am on a Sat. 「The front desk was amazing!! We started out in a fantastic room but unfortunately due to some disturbances next to us, the hotel moved us at 11pm our first night. They tried to solve the issue first but had us moved within 15 minutes. We truly appreciated their help and level of customer service. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend them to people.」
