Marriott as a brand, I've always had great experiences with. This time around there were gaps in communication, expectations, and inconsistent customer service.
Was there on a Fr snd checked out on Sun. The room did not get cleaned, redeeming the breakfast voucher required going to another hotel, the interaction with the staff who told ys about the voucher redemption, raised her voice at me, made me feel as though I inconvenienced her. The manager on Sunday said they would have privided a discount but since I used a third party app, her only recourse was to offer points.
For the higher priced stay, the service and offerings were not commensurate.
Would prefer a lower cost option, had I known this experience was goibg to happen.
