「My family stayed at this property June 30 through July 4. The location is perfect, convenient to all of the downtown attractions, and no more than a 10 minute drive to attractions outside of downtown. The mudhen’s ballpark is literally around the corner. The suite was very spacious with a beautiful view of downtown and the river. 「So, in honesty, I booked this not knowing it was a bed and breakfast… BUT it turned out to be wonderful. It is called “The Sanctuary” for good reason. Dora and Ed are wonder hosts who definitely went above and beyond for our meager overnight stay. The room was clean, the property was so peaceful. 「My stay was very pleasant, the home was a cozy clean place. I only had just a couple of things I would suggest is that you maybe put in plug ins because the house reaked of older home smell. And to maybe add another television to one of the rooms. Other than those things. This home gave me a chance to spend time and see most of my nieces and nephews whom I hadn’t seen in 3 years or more, so I say thank you for your cozy home.
