「For friendly staff my room was beautiful very comfortable and cozy I may visit again the down side was you have to pay to park. 」

「I guess there is 2 sides to the hotel & we came in the wrong side but a very friendly gentleman directed us to the right side for check-in where we met Sunny she was super friendly and very helpful. There was a rush of customers when we got there and she handled the situation with the upmost professionalism and got everyone taken care of in a timely manner. Love the experience and very close to the concert we were attending.」

「Brand new inside, clean, and in a low traffic, low crime area. The price was on point. Free breakfast. Decent coffee. Stay here if you are doing a bourbon trip or otherwise enjoying Bardstown. Especially liked the pre-arrival no-contact needed electronic check in process. 」
