We had just gone to the World Cup in Kansas City the day before and I really needed a hot tub. Thank you so much. It was greatly appreciated.」

「My family stayed here in 2 rooms over the course of a 4 day weekend stay. This Country Inn and Suites was excellent! The place was clean, well kept, had a great breakfast spread and had all the working amenities as described. The location is just 15 mins outside of Downtown Des Moines and works well for traveling around the area.」

「Mouse in the restaurant… trash and food all over the pool and front desk area… about 7 different things broken in our room (suite).」

「Expedia defaulted to my login name and last name on the reservation but we didn’t realize until we arrived. The lady at the front desk was super annoyed and short with us as we tried to navégate how to fix it. I had a receipt with my full correct name on it as proof and expedia called twice to confirm it was me and that they’d updated the name. I get the name has to match but she didn’t have to be so short with us. When as my partner and I talked amongst ourselves she would interject to say...
