「The staff were wonderful. Their English was limited, but if you were patient then they were. We ate dinner there our first night and it was fabulous. Breakfast was great. They provided a bus pass to the city using #172. But you could use other South Tyrol buses with the pass. We were able to use bus# 350 back to Bolzano. 」

「The hotel is on main road, easy to find. The owners are very friendly. There is no kitchen but there is a nice pizzeria next to it. Our rooms are very cute with nice decoration and setting. Great experience. 位置有點偏遠，但是就在公路旁不難找。房間很溫馨，床很舒適。我們去了超市買食材但沒有廚房可以烹飪，不過老闆讓我們把東西放進他們的冰箱保存，還蠻不錯的。員工跟老闆都很友善也很熱情，附的早餐也很豐富。推薦!!」

I was in a trouble to communicate with the rental company by English since the staff of the rental company spoke poor English. Fortunately, a male staff of the hotel reception took over and communicated with the rental company by Italian. Otherwise, the problem could not be solved efficiently.
