「We appreciate much the assistance from the reception when we check in. BTW, the hotel is close to Ponte di Rialto instead of Piazza San Marco though it lies in between, we alight wrongly in San Marco and have to lift luggage up and down from stairs, a really big mistake but thanks to the hotel staff and they help us get the luggage to check-in. Hotel is only 2min. straight walk from Rialto in fact. Hotel room condition is OK though relatively small for 3 persons; breakfast, wifi are both good.」

「Hotel is old but well maintained. Nice hotel with the budget， clean, good location and close to ferry station. It costs 9€/person to arrive S. Lucia station in a 5mins ferry ride. If you travel with big luggage I would recommend you to stay near train station. This hotel is with elevator, which is a plus! 「I booked two nights of this hotel, but hotel took me another building in the first night, and the building is beside the dark and narrow street, that is not acceptable, but the hotel was full that night, I didn't have choice at all. Then I requested to change back to hotel another night. The overall experience is not good. 」
