Poor and unsatisfactory -Utilities in disrepair Bathroom has a curtain enclosure, which was not shown on the website . shower head drips water continuously and splatters on feet when using the toilet , slow drainage of shower and face sink . - when I reported it , staff comment was it’s an old hotel -no offer to change room .. room rules - no eating in the room . Poor lighting in bathroom. Double bed joined together but kept separating at night .. I expected better ..

Staffs were helpful. The heater in my room didn’t work and it was freezing in my room. I didn’t get the room change but one staff gave me a blanket. The second time I said one blanket was not changed the temperature in my room. The night staff offered me a small heater and a big blanket. We would leave and get a new hotel if there were any hotel near by available. My husband was a bit sick too. It’s a nightmare for us.

The hotel was old. Our room was clean but would be nice with a small update. Bathroom was propably original from 1980's or so. The receptionists were standing in reception winter coats on. We had an early flight so for one short sleep this hotel was okay.

Staff were nice and room was clean. But the room wasn’t the one advertised in the photo. I paid more for a superior room and what I had was still very very basic. All the material on the headboard was peeling off.
