「The location is ok and there are many shops near by」

「The room is clean, and the location is great. Only the TV does not work well.」

「Everything is good👍」

When I went to the staff and asked about this, they just responded “we cannot fulfill everyone’s requirement, it depends on what we have at the moment.” What made me sulky is their attitude, so cold and unfriendly. About paying the city tax, they were not willing to make change. I’ve been to Paris over 20 times and I have never met this situation. A hotel with this kind of reception...

「Excellent stay. Hotel has been renovated recently. Everything is spanking new. Staff: one young lady was extremely helpful. Cheerful and kind. We arrived early in the morning, they stored our luggage and offered coffee and tea. Lots of restaurants and boulangeries around. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel and opt to go out and have coffee and croissants. It's very close to Sacré-Cœur and Moulin Rouge area. Con - we book the Comfort Double room so it's not the smallest, but it was still...
