「地點非常方便，就在羅浮宮兩三分鐘步行路程，坐地鐵也是5-6分鐘步行路程。但房間非常之小，清潔有待改善，地氈異味很重，如果不開窗的話就比較難忍受那股氣味。」

「We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. 」

「其中一房廁所內浴屏缺了一塊令洗澡水流出地面， 房間內鏡框亦有鬆脫現象 但房間收捨非常整潔 有一位前枱職員對於客人查詢表現不耐煩，令人感覺被歧視 酒店早餐水準下降很大， 食物種類少而咖啡味道欠佳 」
