「This is a two-star hotel masquerading as a four-star. The light was so dim in my bedroom that even with every light on I could not read a book in bed, something I consider to be a basic standard in a hotel. I called the front desk for help, someone came up and we tried standing the little bedside lamp on a stack of books, but it still came up to only my torso height, so it was too low to read by. He said he would make a note and look into getting me something better the next day, but he did not,...

「Beautiful and lovely staff」

「It was absolutely a lovely stay. The hotel room is clean, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There was one night the A/C didnt work and the hotel staff handled our situation by WhatsApp promptly and fixed it soon. The hotel very conveniently located with 1 min walk to #7 metro line and 10 mins walk to the gare du nord. Many gorgeous restaurants and bakeries nearby. Will definitely come back for a stay when in town next time. 」

「From check in to checkout this was an amazing stay. The suite was spacious and felt like a livable space instead of just a typical hotel. The excellent and attentive staff were a major plus and I’d give them 5+ stars alone. Thank you all for the hospitality.」

「我們居住206號房間，該房間應該是廁所的下水道有問題，整個房間瀰漫著非常不好的味道，每天外出回來時，必須要把所有的門窗打開才有可以消除一點味道。因為居住的其間比較常約6個晚上，對於這樣的房間安排讓人覺得非常的不舒服。不太推薦此間飯店。」
