We stayed here on our way into Paris, and rebooked for our return home. The room was super clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The desk staff were kind and accommodating. The location is great - close to the metro and the Bercy market area. Value for money - excellent. We will stay here again!

Excellent breakfast. Convenient to Gare de Lyon, metro, buses and amenities of Bercy Village. Only downside is the very small rooms, which are fine for a solo occupant, but too cramped for two people sharing

Lovely hotel and great team

The room was very clean, towel and bed linenwere smelling fresh and were soft. The staff is great, kind and helpful, especiallywith my bad French. The buffet breakfast was exelIent too! I will definitely stay here again! Great experience!

Good affordable and clean

Good, affordable, clean place to stay in Paris. Not centrally located but easily accessible if you are willing to bike back to hotel at the end of the day, or use metro route 14.

Love it! Friendly, clean, good A/C, area eventhough not central it is a nice Parician neighborhood and Metro is a block away with small station easy to use. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend this hotel. Will come back for a longer stay.

Hotel very good location very good for Metro for sightseeing advertised bar which is one reason for choosing this hotel so if we didnt want to go out we could relax downstairs after sightseeing but it was shut the three days we were thereand the bar.was supposed to sell light snacks which we also couldnt get

The staff were 5 star. Very helpful specially on our 1st day where they let us have an early check-in. It was a life saver after a long flight. The rooms were basic but you have everything you need. Beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom needs to be remodeled. Breakfast was good but can be better. Location is close to transportation but kinda far from major touristy sites except for the arena and Bercy Village.

A lovely stay

We have stayed here before and love the area. The hotel is in a quiet and convenient area. There is a supermarket and bakery very close by. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. They have luggage storage which was very helpful as we arrived well before check in time. We were able to leave our luggage and explore Bercy Village.

Quiet, convenience and friendly

We stayed 5 nights and it’s a convenient, clean and friendly hotel. Although it’s 3 stars hotel. It beyonds the grade. Receptionist are friendly and respect guests. Room is clean, cold AC, safety box and mini coffee bar. Just lack of mini fridge. On top, it’s really good for their buffet breakfast, Overal, it achieves customer satisfaction.

The front desk staff were very nice. Housekeeping was good, but the shower was small and the towels were thin. But for three star hotel, this is as good as it gets. Knowing what I’m paying for, would I stay here again? Definitely.

Room was a lot smaller than I thought it was. Can't even bend down in the shower to wash/shave your legs. Breakfast was above par and the gym basic but convenient. Staff was friendly and facilities were very clean.
