"I always stay at the Piccadilly Inn because it’s dependable and consistent. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. "

"Having the option to check in with a live person or remote person was interesting. Checked in via video person, didn’t like it. Breakfast was weird too. Nice breakfast but the hostess was a little awkward like she was fishing for tips. I would have preferred a straight up continental experience "
