「Rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly」

「The room and property were dirty. There was an unclean odor and vibe overall. We stayed here due to limited options with graduation weekend at Virginia Tech happening the same time we had a wedding to attend. Our bedspread had a red stain on it. The carpet had several white stains strewn in different areas. The chair in the corner was stained and filthy. We didn’t use it at all. The overall condition of the property was dingy. I guess our neighbors were smoking weed all night because it was...

「The facilities could use a good cleaning. Expedia showed a rating of 8.8. It didn't reach that expectation. There was no hot food left at 7am other than make your own waffles.」

「It was not brought to our attention that traveling by a rentable golf cart is the preferred mode of transportation around the resort Also, we had a problem with ants the last day We booked Spa activities and was not told that it was not really a good idea to go on foot that golf cart or vehicle instead of a 1 mile hike straight up the mountain」
