「I reserved a room with two queens and was told at check-in that there were no rooms available with two queens.」

「Why is it so hard for the staff to smile and be friendly with customer service with the guest?」

「The pull out didnt have any linens or pillows. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was very expensive for what was offered. Overall, an ok hotel. 」

「The room was dirty bedsheets filthy when asked for sheets to be replaced was told ok but no one never came had to go back up there again only to receive a attitude from front desk staff and be told to wait till tommrow so first night I had dirty sheets accidentally locked my self out of my room and front desk lady argued with me infront of other customers for 30 minutes and I had to basically watch YouTube to figure out a way to open the door the bar was closed the pool was closed it was a awful...

「Large room was nice. Breakfast in morning was good but eggs were never replaced when they were gone. Good coffee. 」
