「Great location, but major cleaning issues While the staff was friendly and the location is convenient, I can’t overlook the fact that there were bugs in the lobby and inside my room. It made the entire hotel feel unkempt and poorly maintained. I really wanted to like this place, but I won't be returning until I’m sure the pest issues are resolved.」

「Parking was conveniently outside the hotel entrance and we were greeted in the lobby. Our check-in was quickly finished and our breakfast (s) and needs for the next couple of nights recorded. Fantastic room with modern and useful amenities. The structure of the original brick building with custom designs in each room. Quiet and cozy with beverages and snacks for guests. Five star restaurant across the street with many downtown eateries within walking distance. Perfect hotel to enjoy Wooster. 」

「For $150 a night I expected a free breakfast, but it was an additional $13. The DID offer free coffee and fruit, so that was good, and I took advantage of that. Wanted to give a shout out to "Kevin" who was very helpful, pleasant and professional even though I want to the front desk about 5 times with different issues (none were the fault of the hotel). 」

「I could not get into the app for touchless check in - there was only one staff member there who was not at the desk he was upstairs helping another guest. The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t use the hotel amenities but we did have breakfast which was good but not much of a selection. I barely slept because the walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation. Also at about 2:30am the people in the room next to us decided to have very loud sex for 2...

「The room facilities were absolutely beautiful the view was spectacular. The breakfast was amazing very friendly staff.」

「The entire hotel was under construction. First room they put us in was a nightmare. No power in room, phone fell apart, mold on lamp shades. The next room they put us in had no tv but they did fix it after a few hours. Keys didn’t work several times through out our stay. Would never go there again. 」

「The breakfast was excellent. Some of my favorite shops are nearby including TJ Max, Home Goods, Talbots and Sketchers Outlet. The bed was AMAZING comfortable. On the downside, the TV channel selection was very limited, which frustrated my husband, and the coffee pot in our room was broken. We will be back!」
