「The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. We had a late check in the and they were very accommodating. Very nice design and decor. Beautiful view from the rooftop too and breakfast options were great. 」

「船有點舊了 餐點是和其他客人(共三對)一起吃合菜，感覺有些彆扭 導遊和船上工作人員整體服務良好 河內接送服務是直接到飯店接送，一人來回USD 15。 冬天船上很冷，房內有點冷 船上只會提供各一瓶水 建議自己可以在休息站買點水跟零食帶到船上， 以免在船上肚子餓或沒水喝~~」

「First I must say the negatives here are minor and the customer service was most definitely 5 stars. Quick with the negatives; housekeeping put a torn sheet on the bed. Pet peeve of mine I hate to see. There is no shower stall but a large tub almost 3 feet deep. Treacherous to get in and out of; no shower curtain; room gets flooded and the floor is slick; not a fan. That’s it. Everything else was amazing people skills by the front desk and the dining room. They all went above and beyond to see...

「Ein sehr sauberes Hotel. Sehr bequeme Betten in einem großzügigem Zimmer mit täglicher Zimmerreinigung. Die Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit hilfsbereit, insbesondere der Manager. Das internationale Buffet bezog sich dann doch eher auf die asiatischen Gäste, was aber vollkommen in Ordnung ist. Einziger Kritikpunkt war der nicht nutzbare Pool. Hierzu gab es dann auch unterschiedliche Aussagen seitens des Personals, mal wurde er repariert, mal war keine Saison, dann etwas mit dem Wasser etc. Vielleicht...
