We had a great stay here! The staff were fantastic and the villa was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing missing was warmer weather so we could enjoy the pools more but that is not the hotel’s fault that we had bad timing and came when it was cold out. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

The resort was formally Premier which is good to know, as most drivers can’t find it. It has changed hands after covid and some of the buildings need to be bought up to new code so a lot of vacancies The staff and facilities are fantastic, especially for families The food was good too

A great stay with some improvements to make

Good: 1. The entire area was beautiful, well maintained. 2. Facilities like the pool and gym were excellent. 3. Staff were very friendly. 4. Villa was fantastic, so spacious. Could improve: 1. Cleanliness of the villa. Not a huge issue but the sofa had some stains and there were used cigarettes on my bedroom balcony which my 3 year old daughter pointed out to me. 2. Music playlist at the pool repeated the same 3 or 4 songs on repeat. Please add some variety. 3. Biggest issue was the restaurant. We ate there twice not including breakfast. First lunch on the day of arrival. It was *fairly* busy but nothing extraordinary and we were told the food would take 40 minutes. Bigger problem was dinner the 2nd night - it took ages. There was only one other table when we arrived. Another table did come and got their food before us. It came about 1 hour after we ordered. To be fair, the staff were apologetic and the manager gave us some juice and cookies the next day to apologise. Maybe order ahead of going there as I think a lot of villas order room service, which seemed to cause the delay.

Personally it’s hard to judge how this place would operate under normal conditions, but my partner and I travelled 3-4 weeks after the typhoon hit. It was evident that the place was too big for the guests staying there due to impacted tourism and found it to be very ghost town like. The place appears to only offer 4 bedroom villas, which seem to be all the same size, with 3 storeys in each, which is far too big to stay in as a solo traveller or a couple, but would be perfect for groups of persons 4 . The breakfast buffet is really nice and offers lots of variety, however, the options stay the same every day. We stayed for 4 nights, and 2 of those nights we decided to eat at the restaurant (only 1 was open at the time), the service honestly wasn’t great. They were very slow to acknowledge that we were sat at a table with no menus (in which we had to ask for) and we continuously had to grab a waiter’s attention if we wanted something. There was one time where our waiter walked off on us in the middle of ordering our food with no explanation. Wasn’t expecting that kind of service from a 5* resort. In and around the resort, they have constant music playing. However, the same 6 jazz songs are on repeat, played quite loudly, which became very annoying towards the back end of our stay. Some staff members are either really helpful or really clueless and could be a little more friendly. Overall, the place is really nice, but there is lots of room for improvement.

Awesome experience

We stayed in a 4-bedroom garden view villa. It was an amazing experience. Classy and impressive villas, infrastructure, and last but not least service! We loved every moment of our stay. We also stayed, in the same trip, at another 5-star establishment in the same vicinity but we all enjoyed Premier Village much better. Highly highly recommended!

가족끼리 오붓한 여행이 되었어요 독채형 단독빌라라서 좋았어요 다만 옆동이랑 붙어있어서 노래부르는 소리가 다 들려서 밤에 좀 시끄러웠네요(마이크로 고성방가)그외에는 주변 조경 관리도 잘 되어서 좋았어요 조식도 종류가 많은편은 아니였지만 깔끔하고 정갈해서 먹는데 불편함없이 아주 맛나게 먹었어요 빵 종류가 많고 계속 만들고 있어서 신선했어요 즉석요리가 별로 없어서 좀 아쉬웠네요 수영장은1.25M여서 다소 아쉽지만 가족단위 놀기에는 무난해요

하노이에 친구가족이 와서 다함께 놀러간 하롱베이. 그 곳에서 숙소의 편안함과 직원들의 친절함에 잊지못 할 여행이 되었습니다. 저녁 뷔페 메뉴가 프론트 데스크 직원의 말과 달라 불만이 있었는데, 식당 직원이 기분 언짢지 않게 잘 처리해 주셨습니다. 수영장도 아이들하고 재미있게 잘 놀고, 구명조끼와 튜브도 구비되어 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 그리고 무엇보다 플라밍고 리조트의 불청결함에 너무 실망한 찰나에 오크우드 하 롱 숙소의 청결함에 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 앞으로 하노이에서 자주 하롱에 놀러가게 될 거 같은데, 그때마다 잊지않고 오크우드 하 롱 꼭 이용할 예정입니다. 뜻깊은 추억을 만들어 주어서 감사합니다.
