「Great service the people there are amazing organised my cruise, my bus and when i stupidly left my passport there they sent it to me on a bus so i wouldn’t miss my flight. I’ve traveled for three weeks in Vietnam and this is by far the best! Would recommend and if I go back to Ha long bay I will always choose to stay here! 」

「This property was stunning with highrise views of the bay. Shopping, groceries, dining options all available on premises. Easy to get a cab. The communication with the property to check in from visiting in a foreign country was excellent. Verh responsive and quick to answer questions. Check in was a breeze and thw property was perfecr for my family. We would highly recommend the stay. 」
