「Cat ba Serena homestay was an amazing experience. Our family of five felt so comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Linda was very responsive and instrumental in organizing a full day boat tour which did not disappoint ( we even saw the endangered langur monkeys sleeping on the cliff). Our second day we rented motorbikes from The homestay and explored the island including caves within the national park. Our kids especially enjoyed the food at the homestay- amazing...

「It was a wonderful stay in the cruise, the tour included some sightseeing in the nearby islands and we got to try kayaking. The cruise has its own small tender boat to transport passengers to and from the cruise to port and small islands. The tourguide, also the cruise manager, spoke good English and took care of each passenger well. The tour covered all meals on the cruise, hotel-level breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms on cruise were clean, the walls were quite thin though so you would...

「The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.」

「Great place to stay while in Viet Hai Village. Comfortable rooms with excellent a/c, good shower and comfortable beds. The food was amazing, no need to eat anywhere else. Fast laundry service. The gardens around the property were beautiful. The best part of our stay was the help we received from the manager, a young guy named Chilly. He took care of all transportation to and from the village, including transport back to Hanoi. He also booked an incredible Ha Long Bay day cruise for us and has...
