What an amazing property ⭐️ Wonderful staff, beautiful food and immaculate presentation. We highly recommend staying at D’Lecia. Many friends stay in Hà Nội to access Ha Long Bay - we recommend staying at D’Lecia and experiencing Ha Long Bay and going back to Hà Nội by Grab Cab when you have enjoyed the bay experience and had a rest after your trip. Loved this place ⭐️🇻🇳

This hotel was great. Clean and tidy. The staff was very hospitable. The food was good. There's always taxis available outside. The in hotel wifi was a straight connection. Price was outstanding.

Upscale, affordable & beautiful hotel.

Hotel is new and modern. The staff was very kind. We asked for additional pillows as the bed only had two. We stayed in room 1101 and it was very large with a beautiful view. The breakfast had a decent variety -cereal, Asian noodles, breads, watermelon, pineapple, soups and omelettes & eggs to order. We went to a couple restaurants that were on the same street. Both were good. The pool is clean and nice. The sauna can be used but for a small cost. We also went on a boat cruise one day which was awesome. We used Saigon DMC Travel to arrange our transportation and boat cruise. They were wonderful as well. ( WhatsApp for Saigon DMC‪+84 94 300 43 54‬). If you are not staying on a floating hotel I would 100% look to stay at D’Lecia

Excellent stay

Fantastic service. Hotel was very modern and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection, although it was the same every day. Could have had more fruit. We had power cuts a few times, and there was poor signal for the TV. We ordered room service one night and the food was very good. Overall, if we visited Ha Long again, we wound definitely stay here.

Most of the stay was good however it would have been nice to not have different prices for identical tours or cabs be a different price for each of us. Depending on your county of origin. Staff was as helpful as possible given the very limited English or other language.roof pool was very nice and relaxing but paying extra for the saunas as a guest not cool. Beds are comfy it was very quiet most of the time. A little far from the beach and activity but food is everywhere. NOTE. make sure you bring lots of cash Dong as most places Only Accept cash not credit cards. Especially Canadian hard to find a bank that will take a debit card for cash withdrawals. Hotel only changes US $$ to pay for any extra changes. Super polite staff enough breakfast variety as well.

Nous avons pris une nuit avant d’aller à la baie d’Halong. En Mars c’est une station balnéaire vide ! Il n’y a rien à faire et à voir. En revanche l’hôtel est bien.

Entrée et salon très jolis chambre propre et spacieuse,piscine agréable.L hôtel ne prend pas les cartes bancaires, ça nous avons posé problème car pour le paiement des croisières et les restaurants ne prennent pas non plus la carte , personnel courtois et souriant Gros bémol, petit déjeuner français déplorable,pain, pain de mie, un semblant de viennoiseries, tous étaient rassis servis plusieurs jours de suite. C est très frustrant en comparaison au buffet chaud asiatique servi. On nous a laissé pour compte hôtel à majorité clientèle asiatique. .

The hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed. Staff are always friendly and helpful with any enquiries I might have. They helped me book tour for ha long Bay without an issue. It might be 3 star hotel but its a 5 star hotel in reality. Big rooms great decor very clean I have no words to describe it. Even the hotel manager is there to greed you and help you making you feel as at home. Who ever read my review trust me if you planning to go ha long that is the place to stay! Thank you so much for making me feel the true Vietnamese hospitality.

The hotel is actually 5 star even tho class as 3. I am really impressed with the hotel and the staff. Extremely clean hotel big room nice view.
