Nice complex, not ready for an enjoyable holiday

New complex with a lot going for it. But it is open too soon. Finishes are below par, facilities not open - beach has no sand, although brochures show it as a feature 'close to beach' hence misleading, Spa not open. And the staff need some training and English language improvement. While they were incredibly attentive, it was quite annoying being asked every time they passed you "how is your stay with us, anything we can do" when all you want to do is relax.

We loved the staff and the room. Nice and spacious, but we ran out of hot water each day which was disappointing. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were amazing!

Great hotel in Halong Bay

Great hotel in Halong bay. It was a bit outside the city, very quiet area with beautiful garden and large swimming pool. 5 minutes with taxi to city center. Breakfast was very good. Can recommend this hotel if you want to rest a few days before you go on a halong bay cruise.

Nice hotel with great views.

Staff are fantastic and helpful. Managed a free upgrade from garden view to river view. Definitely recommend river view. Not many restaurants around the area or much entertainment. We walked a fair distance looking for dinner and nothing was open however later found out the hotel offers a buffet dinner. Would definitely stay again. Was about a 5-10 min taxi ride to the marina to get to the dock for our cruise around Halong bay.
