「The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean. This resort is not on the beach you'll get access to the beach across the street. Not your typical all-inclusive atmosphere, more like a bed and breakfast with breakfast, lunch and dinner included. Only has one pool and it's very small. Not much to do on the property. We spent 3 nights 4 days and I was ready to leave at the end of the second day. This place is for folks who plan to do most their fun activities outside the hotel」

「Nice room with good ac, mini fridge and comfy beds. Coffee, tea etc. my 2 main complaints the room is near dining hall so the noise from their ac was loud thou it is off when restaurant closed. Also they were mopping entry way and reception and didn’t help my partner who was on crutches and seemed annoyed that we were passing thru. Didn’t even hold doors open for him. But have stayed many times and will return. Close to beach and airport and reasonably priced 」

「The Expedia confirmation of my reservation stated that a deposit had been charged to my card. This turned out to be incorrect, they had just placed a hold on my card. This led to an issue on check-in when I was asked to pay the full price of the stay when I was expecting only to pay the balance. 「The Sea Cliff hotel is situated in a nice spot in Portmore. The scenery was stunning; however, what let the hotel/resort down was that the room had only cold water, and all three rooms I booked had cold water. The restaurant was pricy and the food wasn’t great. The pool wasn’t cleaned covered in dead leaves etc. The receptionist was accommodating allow a fridge to be placed in one room, allowing us to keep our drinks cool.
