「Our room was clean. There are not elevators to the second floor but there is someone to help you get your items up to the room and the stairs were not hard to climb. The sfaff were friendly and welcoming. The food was great! Location right across from my favorite beach in Montego Bay, Doctors Cave beach, so the complementary entrance was a gift」

「I loved this hotel. I cant wait to see it once all the renovations are done. Its very warm an welcoming. The cats was a added plus they are so friendly. The beach is beautiful an kid friendly the pool as well. The food was ok the service was wonderful from the bartenders to house keeping everything was great. I will definitely be returning. 「I recently booked several rooms over the past weekend as my family traveled to Jamaica for a funeral. We had a few mishaps on our part, but the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating throughout. 「The staff was excellent. Pleasant stay overall. Customer service on point. I spoke to miss Judine by phone and she was able to accommodate my last minute request. I met Miss Jackie who is also a sweetheart. Everything was ready when I arrived. So grateful for these 2 wonderful ladies. Breakfast was good. I met the chef. The property was clean and the place is quiet if you need a good night's rest. I would stay here again. It is also a budget friendly hotel, worth every penny. 」
