「Everything beautiful though advertised as spa bath and my husband had to go under building to make “happen” mildew smell wasn’t pleasant. Otherwise a wonderful stay 」

「Fabulous venue with one exception - the lift was out of order. (We were travelling with a friend who has mobility issues.) That said, the rooms were pristine and the staff were friendly & helpful. The location was also excellent. Nelson Reserve, Memorial Park & the centre of town were only a short distance away. 9/10」

「when we arrived at the hotel it had heavy rain, outside of eleverator or builiding floor were all very wet, we had to be walk very slowly to avoid falling down. We tried to have BBQ at swimmin pool, it was clean, but the light was not working well. The shower curtain was not possible to stop shower water to flood on shower room floow, due to poor design. The worst thing was our room carpet was very wet on second day morning, due to last night's rain. We can only say it was not a good...

「We stayed in one of the onsite Airstream vans and didn’t feel that it matched up to the online description. It was fairly rundown and we had an issue with ants. Generally clean but metal blinds had damp/mould markings and were very dusty. Would also be useful to have an outdoor light since cooking with the BBQ is the only option so wasn’t the easiest in the dark. Bathroom amenities were clean.」
