「Bungalow was clean and well equipped. Unfortunately we didn’t have any hot water and checked in late, when we managed to speak with the staff it was resolved quickly. Room itself is basic but good for a short stay. Would be much better with a quick update and refresh to make things feel a bit more modern and brighter. 」

「Room was amazing. Such a nice tidy clean space. Loved that there was sports equipment for the kids supplied. Had great fun having a game of tennis. Would reccommend to all to stay very peacefull and relaxing 」

「We enjoyed our stay to celebrate our 45 anniversary. Very relaxing sitting on the balcony overlooking the creek. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels. A nice touch was the fresh bread, butter and condiments for breakfast. Being a Sunday night the only place open was the pub for dinner but wow what a dinner that was. The best meal we have had in a long time.」

「The cabin was set in the rainforest a very peaceful setting no mobile service from the cabin but available at reception. Champagne and chocolates was a lovely surprise and breakfast provisions a plenty. Had a beautiful lunch at the Eco resort next door. We enjoyed the cosy fireplace and very comfortable bed, spa bath just a home away from home for a couple of relaxing days. 」

「The photos on hotel.com shows a cabinet with a double bed and 2 bunks bed.( I also leave msg said we have 2 adults and 1 child). When we arrived, its a super small room with 2.bunk beds. Super disappointed...we had to spend a hour to find another place to stay......we would like our refund...」

「Amazing getaway set in sub-tropical rainforest. Excellent service from the owners with complimentary cheese platter and port on arrival. Very relaxing and secluded 😄」

「We booked a one night stay but then received a call from the establishment advising that there was an error and they do not accept one night bookings. They even wanted us to do the leg work to cancel the booking through the website although they were the ones cancelling, not us. 」
