「Quiet location close to beach and local Surf Lifesaving Club. Plenty of dining options within walking distance.」

「The carpark is really a tight squeeze. We stayed for 4 nights and no house keeping was provided unless the stay was for 5 nights. Only one set of toiletries and coffee and tea capsules were provided for the duration of our stay. Any extra requested would be chargeable. It does not leave a very positive experience for guests at all. 」

「Location is good and quite near the Sunshine plaza and Maroochydore bus station. Room is large, clean and facility is modern. We lived here for five days. However, we felt disappointed that we could not find any dishes/plates and bowls provided even kitchen equipment (oven, microwave) was in there.」

「Handy to beach and Hastings Street shops and restaurants. There was, however, an extactor noise all day and night in the bathroom with no switch to turn it off.」

「Osprey apartment had an large garden （probability the only among the region) which you'll hear minimum traffic at the balcony. Walking distance to the main beach/cafe area is about 5 minute, great if you are looking for a quite yet not too remote place to stay. Facility in the room is a bit out-dated, but the space is quite large with front and back balcony, all in all it's a great value if money. I'll stay here again next time.」
