「Liked: Room was large. Had a recliner. Didn't like: Room didn't have a screen on the window and the lock was broken. The tub was a little on the tall side at least there was a notice in the shower that stated that it was high 」

「Good hotel but I felt charging 20$ for parking on top of the nightly rate is an unnecessary cash grab. Also it's not even like the parking had gates / restrictions that guarantees your car will be safe. 」

We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite.
