蘭薩羅特 3 星級飯店

「Bon hébergement mais qualité des repas perfectible. Hôtel familial avec pas mal d activités. Très bonnes prestations musicales de la chanteuse Lauren.」

「Nice and clean, nice atmosphere and great location. Showing signs of age but very comfortable. I would stay again.」

「We had a very nice stay. The hotel is right on the beach and the view was great. Breakfast was easy but didnt find cold milk till we were leaving, lol. I will stay again, no problems.」

「Unfortunately on a mix up with the booking I paid once before I arrived then had to pay again on arrival. Several times when asked to speak with management, nobody was available. Poor show the management. On the plus side if you are looking for exercise on holiday you have chosen the right place with 89 stairs each way to your room and back. What’s not to love. First ever negative review I have ever written and hopefully the last.」

「Very helpful staff and excellent place to stay....have returned several times」

「Great staff, clean and well worth the price. Would stay again without hesitation」

「Alti standard di pulizia. Ottima colazione con opzioni per tutti i gusti e sala curata nel minimo dettaglio. Posizione eccellente. Camera vista mare ventilata e luminosa. Molto apprezzato la zona lavanderia e stireria in autoservizio direttamente presso l'hotel.」

「Absolute clean room, good size and with big pool to spend time on it」

「We went in October half term in 2 bed sea view rooms. Although the rooms are tired and fairly scruffy, ours was also quite dirty, the bedding was clean so where the main areas. The beds were very comfy except the pull out sofa bed which was partially broken. We all slept well, lots of breeze in the top floor sea view rooms so evening weren’t hot whilst sleeping as windows open perfectly, Facilities in room ok, pool area cosy and pool was heated so really good temperature even in hot weather....

「Todo muy bien , correcto」

「Lovely clean hotel, staff friendly, food ok. apart from 1 receptionist. Had requested a quiet room direct email to hotel, was allocated a room on the road! Receptionist claimed they didnt receive email and couldn't help as hotel full?? Next day other Receptionist very helpful」

「Our room had a bad smell coming from the shower, we had to move rooms to a lower standard with no view (previous room had a balcony view) Staff were slow to respond or didn't seem that interested. After we moved we noticed the maintenance staff working on the drain outside. Other room was clean, and no smell so not too inconvenient.」
