Few days away.

Lovely pools, food wasn’t too bad, rooms were nice but sofa bed uncomfortable and apartment full of ants which I was woken up to one night while asleep. All inclusive drinks were awful and wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t contain alcohol, kids had a brilliant time.

Good stay

We had a lovely stay. Room is basic but fine for what we needed. Beds are comfy but pillows not so much, 2 pillows for each person would be better. Sofa could do with a little clean. Facilities are good, breakfast was good and staff are friendly. Both times we have stayed here we have had to wait for are rooms to be ready, perhaps the hotel need to look to change their 2pm check in time that they state. But overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely come back to stay again soon.

Lovely and would definitely recommend.

The weather was lovely averaging on 22 degrees everyday (30th Dec to 5th Jan 2024). The apartment was lovely and very clean. We had a lovely sea view. The grounds are kept nice and clean. The beach is about an 8 minute walk away. The only negative I have is that our room wasn’t ready from 2pm like stated. I would definitely return for another stay! Great value for money.

Very last minute trip and got what we paid for as expected Yes it’s not a 4/5 star but neither is the price the rooms were large and clean- only thing I would have asked is for an extra pillow and blanket as quite cold at night location is very good , 5-10 min walk to beach / front and there is a taxi rank right outside if needed. Only a 10 min drive from airport and 10 mins in Puerto Del carmen ( buses regular for €1) The restaurant is like a large canteen. again very much reflective of the price. We didn’t use it much but when we did there was always something we could eat, albeit not a huge amount of choice The drinks were again ok, as you would expect for a 3 star at this price If you go expecting to get something reflective of what you pay you won’t be disappointed. I would stay again if looking for a cheap convenient base

My stay at Morromar

I was very surprise with Morromar this was a very good deal. The appartment was clean and comfortable, staff couldn't do enough for you, food was varied, something for everyone. Alot to do on the island, we went diving, on a submarine, up firer mountain, camal riding, etc excellant holiday. I really enjoyed my stay at Morromar and would definitely would recommend and would go again.

Late family holiday

Not the best apartment in the MoroMar I’ve stayed in overlooking air condition units and beside food hall easy access from public to apartment over a low wall but other than that it was a good experience check inn staff not very helpful we had to do our own check inn via email after a long flight & late check in. The key didn’t fit the door back to reception maintenance finally came to replace key so felt a bit insecure in the property compared to previous stays there it was below standard

Pleasant stay

I had replied to an email sent by Morromar via your website , asking for a ground floor sea view if possible . We had stayed in these before and with my husband having a disability need a ground floor. When we arrived we were told , you don’t get a choice only what is allocated . Carlos did find us a ground floor apartment but insisted they hadn’t received the email and you can’t choose ? The cleaners are very hard working and did an amazing job . I probably won’t stay again as my husband found it too hilly at night as this year they locked the gate and you can only go through the main reception.

Lucas's 20th birthday,

During our recent stay at Apartamentos LIVVO Moromar in Lanzarote to celebrate my friend Lucas's 20th birthday, we encountered some issues that I believe are important to address. When we arrived at around 9:00 pm, we found the receptionist to be impolite, and we had trouble understanding the information provided. Additionally, the limited dinner hours could pose challenges for guests, especially those travelling with children. While our accommodations were satisfactory, the lack of air conditioning made it difficult for us to rest comfortably. Our breakfast was quite basic, and the extra charges for amenities such as towels and fans were an unexpected inconvenience. Due to these issues, Luca and I decided to return to England after being there for only 24 hours. Based on our experience, I would recommend that travellers carefully consider their accommodations to ensure a satisfying holiday experience.

Hemos pasado una semana allí con 2 bebés, la atención por parte de todos los trabajadores ha sido muy buena (a destacar la gran amabilidad por parte de Coto en el comedor), la única pega es un poco más de variedad en la comida.

Nie wieder in dieser Bude, primitiv, lieblos, laut Abendunterhaltung in mitten der Zimmer Bereiche. Hatten Apartment 5 m davon entfernt. Trotz Ohrenstöpsel kein Auge zugebracht. Fühstücksbuffett unterer Standard, keine Unterrassen zu den Tassen, sitzbänke im Palettenstil insgesamt Kantinenambiente. Ein 3gSterne Hotel kann auch fanz anders sein. Empfehlung : bloß nicht buchen Beim Auschecken wurde man nichtmals gefragt ob alles ok war.
