「This was a solid hotel on our way to Isle of Skye. The construction outside wasn't known until after the booking. And while not horrible, they started moving equipment about 45 min before 8am when the work was to start. We knew it would be rustic and it was. No frills but solid hotel. Beds were very hard though.」

「Old hotel and not really clean. Hair on linen. The worst thing is no wifi connection at all because they are fixing it for days. The hotel should inform guests who want to book the hotel in advance rather than saying sorry after we arrived. Really bad experience as we are cheated.」

「This older home was charming and the host was as well. Breakfast is not provided but our host had a bag of items to take with us for the day, including a banana, a carton of juice, granola bar etc. Tea and water was available to make in the room. The room was clean and comfortable. There is no elevator and the stairs are steep so be mindful of that. You can walk to restaurants but the shortcut is a bit steep too. It is better than driving and having to park. We went to Iona and were able...
