「Nice and charming」

「The hotel and architectural style were excellent. The staff was as helpful as they could be. I liked the size of the room and the amenities in the room. I feel that saying there is parking onsite in the information on the website is misleading. There were only 6 parking spaces available to all the guests staying at the hotel and it is on a first come first served basis. Not cool. 「The Whiskey Vault business runs a a bar restaurant plus a small hotel. The best of this accommodation is its convient town center location. The room we had is clean but space is really tight. When we arrived at around dinner time, the hotel receptionist was not there so we checked in with the staff at the bar. 「This lovely hotel was sited near the centre of Oban. The street often had parking spaces, albeit for two hours, payable at a meter. The hotel can tell you how to extend parking time. The room was kitted out with everything we needed. Breakfast was (in the hotel's words), "quirky", due to a small kitchen and dining room, but perfectly adequate. The staff were welcoming, super friendly and helpful. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.」
