「Clean, efficient and lovely stay at Hyatt house. Super convenient as there is a large mall with many dining options nearby. Would definitely come back again!」

「Personal at the hotel does not talk English so it's difficult to communicate. The air conditioner of the room didnt cool the room enough, it didnt go below the 21°C so on hot days it's not conveniente. Other than that room is clean and nicely located, my stay was pretty good. 」

「The hotel is just next to metro station and shopping mall. However, also faced to the main road. Need to close window otherwise a bit noisy. The breakfast is good with various choice. 」

「We weren’t informed by the hotel that hot water supply is not available throughout our entire stay. Not when we made the reservation a week ago and not when we checked into the hotel. I wasn’t aware of the issue until I read the notice at the check in counter. We shower with ice cold water on the first night and washed ourselves with barely lukewarm water for the next 3 days. 「我很晚才到達酒店的，给我做check in的没有穿制服的男子. 大堂电梯都很不清潔. 房间更是除了床還好一点. 其他的东西都很脏. 特别是馬桶脏的要命. 😡😡只是睡几个小时所以没有要求換房. 真的非常失望.」

「1. 早餐牛奶是酸掉壞的，後來有其他客人也反應，才更換。 2. 以這價位來說，早餐的食物不如期待，有待加強。」

「The hotel was calm & clean also the workers were very cooperative. Even if they don’t understand English they try their level best to give the translations. If it happens I come back i will prefer staying again in this hotel」

「表面装修可以。仔细看房間角落破敗，盡不起用心住的房間，地點可以，門口就有輕軌，對面有個商場。就是房間太破了，早餐可以，有鮮榨果汁。」
