One great surprise: The housekeeping team was attentive with high EQ and could attend to what we needed to make our stay an enjoyable one. The staff are very good, giving advice and communicating at a good level. The bedroom is big and comfortable, but cleaning is not much, maybe because the staff do not dare to touch the customers. There is a shuttle bus service to the airport, to the exhibition building, and help when I have a problem with losing my phone on the taxi and helping to coordinate very well. Full 10, I give 100. The only downside is that this area is very far from the subway, making travel not very convenient.

The restaurant is a disaster! no dinner served, at the bar we had to wait almost 2 hr for a Burger. The hotel is very good, breakfast is also good, but is amazing that there is no proper restaurant working in this hotel. Another point is that there is almost NO staff speaking English.
