「Good environment and swimming pool is clean」

「Overall room is clean and staff is welcoming, esp Alex who is very helpful. The only thing that disappointed us is the hair dryer which is inherently non-functional. It’s difficult to image why a 5 star hotel would offer such low grade appliance to their guests. I hope the management can look into this.」

「Breakfast limited (Chinese/western). 」

「Yes」

「Good」

「The room should have been non-smoking but it smelled like smoking. The room key card case seemed to be recycled; the room number part was rewrited many times.」
