"Hotel changed owners after I had booked, and I was informed on arrival they did not have breakfast available, which was a major reason we booked here. Hotel is also under construction, which they also do not have on the listing. As most of the area was booked up we decided to stay and we're eventually offered a partial refund. We have not yet received the refund but only checked out this morning. We like that the family suite has room for six people, and it was fairly clean. The bathroom door is a bit awkward, and one of the cabinets was falling apart. We stayed three nights and had no housekeeping. The entire stay, even had to take our own towels down to the front desk to get clean towels. Overall this hotel just doesn't care for true customer service anymore."

First The Positive Includes Good Location, Good Condition, Cleanliness, Ammenities, Breakfast & Coffee/Tea Drinks Offered During The Day. The Negatives Would Include Morning Road Noise On The Backside Of The Hotel & Their $100 Deposit Collected At Check In Which If Paid By Credit Card Is Returned Within 2-10 Days After Departure."
