"The stay was great. We arrived in the early evening and were given a good room. I requested a roll away bed for our son. We were told that unfortunately they didn't have any left, but they could upgrade us to a mini suite. They enabled us to have a successful trip by moving a few things around while treating us as valued individuals and guests. The spa and pool were under renovation during our vist "

"The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and we had a very good night's sleep. The only problem was my phone kept losing the WiFi but the 3 others I was with had no problems with this."

"We stayed here a few years ago and found it very convenient for travelling north and stayed again last week. The property is kept clean and tidy, the staff were friendly, happy to talk to customers and helpful, the carpet to the dining area was clean which can be difficult to achieve with so many visitors. There was sufficient choice for breakfast, cooked or cold."

"The perfect place to switch off. No pressure to dress up for dinner, rest of the day just relaxing in my robe. Only thing that lets it down as day spa guest is the quality of food at lunch, it falls significantly short of both lunch and dinner offerings. Wonderful spacious spa facilities. "
