Not bad overall but definitely in need of a facelift. Some areas are quite shabby certainly in comparison to the rest (the gym really needs attention). Staff were the highlight, courteous and helpful.

Lovely room nice and clean. Fridge could be bigger ok if on your own. Make sure you pay for a food voucher at reception before eating at the restaurant as it’s more expensive.

Nice hotel in great setting

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is looking tiered, the first room I was put in was clean but the shower head wouldn't stay on the rail, I was moved to a different room which was better. Unfortunately though, the hotel bar area needed a good dusting and not wipe round without moving objects.

Nice surroundings outside,check in was smooth however Very soft uncomfortable bed, sockets / power tripped in the room No water bottles in the room , they had a vending machine that run out of water bottles so I couldn’t even buy . Checkout was at 10 am and had to pay £10 extra if you wanted to check out at 11

Really impressed with the room - large, clean and very comfy. Swimming pool was good, not too cold. Breakfast had a good range of food for all. Dinner was ok although lacked much choice of vegetables and desert ran out early on.

Wouldnt stay again! Extra charge to use the pool not mentioned when booking online and closes at 7pm. Cleaner put hoover lead in plug socket outside my door and almost fell over extended lead. Room was clean but staff were not very friendly and took a long time to serve simple drinks at the bar. Felt like its stuck in the 60's. Mix match broken furniture depending on where you go in the hotel. Outside grounds looked lovely but poorly kept and just about manage to keep the grass cut. Shame
