「In all, we love Aloft style, that's why we chose it this time. However, the room assigned was more convenient to those who use wheelchairs. There were a few things need to be fixed when we arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful though.」

「The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.」

「It was clean , I had reservations for a queen bed , but when we walked in the door it was 2 full side beds. It was an hour after check in as we didn't go straight to our room. But it was clean.」

「Other than the bed being a bit hard (personal choice) the room was clean with the most comfortable pillows. Front desk gal was friendly and kind. Water pressure was strong and lots of hot water. What more could you ask for! Great stay. 」
