「Complimentary breakfast was great, the bed was so comfortable with multiple, fluffy pillows, the room was quiet, the pool and basketball court were nice, and the room was very clean!」

「I have a three star because of two things. The hotel was nice and the location was as well. The main reason I have always stayed at Embassy Suites is the breakfast. The omelette was good as always but the rest of the breakfast was like most of the other free "Continental Breakfast" offered by the competition. The next is paying for parking. This is the first Embassy Suites I have ever paid to park. That's the reason for the three star.」

「No rooms were ready at check in. Told to come back 35-45min. Came back 1 hr 15 min later to be told maybe possibly in another hour. Came back again and was told rooms not cleaned yet and they could give a King instead of the 2 queens if i wanted otherwise might be a while. No fan in bathroom. Was an adjoining room with paperthin walls...and the adjoining door was paper thin as well. To "remedy" unwanted entry from the other room, they placed a wardrobe in front of the door knob. 」
