「The environment is very good, the transportation and parking are convenient, the hotel is clean and sanitary, and the service is good.」

「David at check-in went out of his way to welcome us a bit early filled my water bottle gave us a coupon book let us park in the lot. He then offered us to come back in a hour and he would have a room and let us check in a bit early. The breakfast and happy hour was great. And they serviced our room with fresh towels and a made bed. Post Covid this doesn’t happen often. The location was perfect. We can’t wait to come back.」

「We reserved a King suite. It was very nice. The bathroom shower door had some black mold on the track. So, a little more attention to detail is recommended. The outside was lackluster for Frankenmuth. Weeds in the landscape, debris on the ground and parking lot. Not very well maintained. The pool area was ok. The tile flooring and the wall tile along the floor was dirty and scummy. Probably time for a cleaning. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special serving rubber sausage and pre-made eggs....
