「This hotel was extremely disappointing. The pool was closed and no one informed us. They had a pipe burst at some point and then decided to fix it on Friday morning. Again, no one told us. We had an event that day and we could not shower before the event. The staff was rude. The hotel room was dirty. They had people playing a loud speaker in the middle of the lobby until very late at night. Past 11 pm.」
