Pillows were horrible. The staff barely talked to us at check-in/out. Housekeeping was pleasant. Odd that there is no outlet near the mirror in the main area. We didn't get to breakfast until 9:30 am on Saturday, and there was hardly anything left.

Exceptionally clean, friendly staff, convenient location. Parking was easy, right next to the door, parking lot well lit. I didnt eat the breakfast (I slept in too late), and didnt use any of the amenities, so I cant comment on those.

The hotel was very pleasant. Upon check in the room that I originally was assigned (Rm 118) wasn’t very the best. The room had a damn musty smell. I inquired at the front desk if it was feasible to be assigned a new room. The young lady at the front desk was very accommodating. I was assigned a new room on the third floor. The breakfast selection was better than most other hotels. They had a decent selection of various items and the coffee was nice and hot. The room does need some upgrading , but it nice and comfortable.

Staff was pleasant. Hotel room is very dated. Clean s clean can get. Sheets had holes and tears! Beds were comfortable. Breakfast is serve fairly early and ends at 9 am on weekdays. Shower tiles cracked. It was ok for our overnight stay. Very close to mall and restaurants. Room wasn’t ready at 3pm. I did the online checkin digital key and when we came to the room it still wasn’t clean, door was open and tv on. Front desk give us another room fairly quickly.

The bed and linen are terrible. They use cheap mattress and cheap sheets! Despite seemingly new carpets, it looks dirty. The toilet does not stop running water unless I carefully adjust the handle each time after using. Breakfast is OK and the location is pretty convenient. Overall, its poorly managed 2-star or lower motel type property and it does not worth the money.

There was an emergent need. For my family to return home due to my brother’s illness and they had to leave a day early the hotel was unwilling in this rare circumstance to refund the 1 day that they did not stay but looking at their property and the lack of care explained why they couldn’t refund 1 day. I booked these rooms because my family came to be with me on my 1st Thanksgiving as a new GA resident, the pictures on the website were obviously old and had I known that I would’ve booked another hotel!
