The internet worked only in the living room. The ice machine didn't work in the fridge. The showers spray on the floor if you don't turn it to the wall (no curtains)."

"I booked a room for two nights only to discover less than an hour before check in that the reservation was canceled. Multiple possible reasons were given without a definitive reason. Upon reading the list of possible reasons, I learned that they don’t accept reservations less than 48 hours in advance.
