Evolve, the company who manages this property, said that because the house wasn't actively on fire and that there was no indication that the air inside the house was hazardous they would not refund. "Property lines were odd- but the host guest book and the overall amenities were completely thoughtful and made our cost so pleasant."

"It was very clean and comfortable and relaxing! I love the style, design layout and all the decorations. The owner has really good taste! I was not sure where to park and there was no signs or directions for where to park. It’s all grass in front of the tiny cottage. There’s a driveway on the other side of the street in front of another neighborhood’s garage, but I guess can park there. Next door neighbor said I couldn’t park next door but can across the street. My son in law parked on the grass...

"Perfect lakeside getaway!"

"My family had a wonderful time. It’s a beautiful property with in a quiet neighborhood. The deck on the lake allowed for a scenic view while family laughed and reminisced. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths was a perfect set up. Our contacts were quick to respond to questions and concerns. I’d definitely recommend this property to anyone. "
