「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「Room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet (dispute being next to Union Station). Easy to get to the 16th Street Mall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 」

「It's a simple and clean hotel in cheery creek, but it provides all the basic needs. Wifi reception is acceptable. Denver is navigated mainly by Uber for tourist. So it's not a problem as long as the place is not too far from the place you went. There is a few good restaurant nearby. No worry about food unless too late」
